We do a free site visit to access the job and if it’s suitable we will prepare to do the job from our own knowledge but if the job requires... an engineer we will get an engineer report done of the job at hand whether it is a repair job or a retaining instillation and underpinning CGI Solutions goes above and beyond to get the job done correctly the first time every time, so that you don't encounter this happening again. The Chemical we use is harmless it’s called plasteriser it doesn't hurt vegetation, it is very environmental friendly. Our Location- At the moment CGI Solutions is only located in Western Australia, but we will hopefully in the next couple of years expand Australia wide run CGI Solutions. Safety Equipment- we have all the correct PPE (personal protective equipment) for the job. Moisture Control- we have different options, there is spay on the way and a waterproof addictive to put in the injection mix for moisture control. Our Insurance- we have relevant insurances up to 10 million public liability. Chemical Grout Injections- This is a new method that is non- evasive, there is no vibration, no noise compared to the other way of doing it which is time consuming, costly and has hi vibration damaging its surroundings( which could cause more problems than it initially started with) we can also get into tight areas. Example small properties with no damages to surroundings, heath and vegetation. Chemical Grout Injections only work in sandy coastal areas as it won’t penetrate clay or rock. Formations of cracks- There is a lot of movement in the ground due to sandy areas. Water is one of the main concerns as it can undermine walls, footings or any structure which will cause it to be unstable Example sink, age, cracking of existing buildings.
