24.01.2022 Oh My Goddess!! Where has the month gone I ask??? All this time at home with the family has been wonderfully relaxing and super busy at the same time!!! Friday 24th April is the last Friday of this month, and has come around rather quickly! Therefore I am preparing for another mammoth baking session.... If you would like to order bread for this month please comment by Tuesday 21st with chosen 'flavour, quantity, pick up location'. When you have made the bank transfer please comment again with PAID. A couple of changes this time also: Forgive me but I made a mistake with cost last time. Fig and Ginger is $12 not $11. Also, to simplify things for now I will make only the 2 popular flavours which is The Simple Seed and The Fig and Ginger. Remember you can always slice and freeze this bread if you want to order a few. Order and pay by Tuesday 21st April Please. 24.01.2022 Beautiful people, after a some pondering time I have decided to take a break from doing the monthly bread order. It has been hard to justify the time commitment amongst competing priorities. My learning here is that small food businesses are a labour and time intensive process that doesn’t reap much financial reward. 23.01.2022 Simple Raw Granola... it takes all of 1 minute and you have yourself a healthy treat. What you need: 1 large crisp apple, nuts (I used soaked almonds), coconut flakes or desiccated is fine, dried fruit (I use goji and sultana), cinnamon, seeds (I used sunflower and activated buckwheat.)... Into the blender and whizz whizz crunch crunch and you have yourself a yummy raw granola to munch ... served with coconut yoghurt and frozen raspberries.... yuuuummmo! Have a Go!

Following extra strict hygiene standards by sanitising my kitchen and using disposable gloves to handle food I think this is possible.
