25.01.2022 Project Update: Rozelle Chalouhi is proud to be delivering the civil works at Rozelle for our long-term client, Dynamic Projects. With the existing building having a heritage listed façade, façade retention was executed through propping, excavation and underpinning works as well the installation of a large footing beam. ... When all supporting propping and underpinning was complete sequenced structural demotion works then took place. Safety was at the forefront of our operations when removing the existing building by utilising robotic demolition machines.
