Paws & Recover assists people in crisis who need help with their pets - maybe they're fleeing a domestic violence situation, are facing an illness and are in hospital for an exte...nded period or just need help getting back on their feet and need a safe place for their pet to stay for a bit. This cause is very close to my heart as we got our beautiful fur daughter Tina Fey through them after her owner became seriously ill and was devastated when he had to surrender her. They receive no government funding and the organisation is run by volunteers. I can't say enough good things about them - they are absolute angels. Please bid and help support these amazing humans. This super-special champers retails for $1363-ish. Champagne Salon is a small producer and is part of the Laurent-Perrier group. ANYHOO, this $400 bottle of fabulousness from Charles Heidsieck is legendary and elusive. There are four categories of champagne - standard, non-vintage, vintage and prestige cuvée and this is one of the rarest. It’s like the unicorn of champagnes, which means this upcycled candle is especially badass. DM me for deets on purchasing.

11.01.2022 Last week I was lucky enough to see the amazing @marieforleo at @businesschicks - I’ve been following her for years and she has had a big influence on me. Her philosophy is Everything is figureoutable. When I was considering starting my company I had the following limiting beliefs: 1) I don’t know how to cut champagne bottles in half. (I figured it out!) 2) I don’t know how to make candles. (I figured it out!) 3) I don’t know how to run a business. (I figured it out!) We are in an era of information overload. The upside is that you can figure out A LOT.
