19.01.2022 Beauty services have opened up in Melbourne today - AS LONG AS THE CLIENT AND SERVICE PROVIDER WEAR MASKS. I 100% support everyone wearing masks and staying safe, but the client needing a mask on the entire time (even when the artist has theirs on) means that makeup artists are unable to sufficiently complete their work. Even though we have COVID Safe Plans. ... We are doing everything we can to make sure everyone is safe, to make sure everyone is obeying the rules and regulations. We haven't been able to work for 8 months. We miss our clients. We are struggling. We are losing our businesses. We need clarity and reason.
