24.01.2022 We are proud to announce we will be hosting a business launch party for Osmosis Events, run by our good friend Josh Banks. Osmosis Events are a startup seeking to reduce unnecessary waste from parties, gigs and other events by replacing plastic and non-recyclable supplies with eco friendly, compostable plates, cutlery and cups. In addition they plan to provide waste management services by ensuring they are collected and disposed of correctly at the end of the event. If you'...re interested in learning more, please come on Saturday night to check out the products and his business model. Gold coin entry. Food and Refreshments will also be available.

10.01.2022 We recorded this song earlier in the year, when we were just, just getting started. It came together wholly because of a serendipitous encounter, which resulted in a truly wholesome and enjoyable recording experience. It's finally reached the light of day. Thank you Nick and Charlie

05.01.2022 It took a little while, but we're excited to announce the launch of a new project called 'Tin Pan Sessions'. This is a collaboration between ourselves and Jacob Hills Music. Starting this month, we'll be hosting and recording small, intimate concerts in our studio, showcasing some of the wonderful artists we have the fortune of meeting. Greshka are like the excitement of stubbing your toe on a wad of cash you forgot about; it didn't hurt, it was unexpected and you were a bit ...angry at first, but then remembered how much you feel like buying a really expensive bottle of wine to go with your petrol station steak-and-mushroom pie. This is a band who are alike jumping on the 412, missing your stop and somehow ending up in the Jewish province of Sweden; you didn't know it existed but now you're here you might as well buy a nice hat. Greshka play music which sounds like the contents of Humphrey Bears suitcase as he departs for a bush doof with his boyfriend. When you attend a Greshka gig you leave with the same feeling as having read a bio which is entirely unrelated to what you wanted to hear, but it was kind of funny and you had a great pie even though the wine was a bit too fruity for your liking. Check out Greshka's latest album https://greshka.bandcamp.com/album/attention-spam Cimbalom and composition Andre Bonetti Clarinet Julian Palma Alto saxophone Samantha Mason Double bass Kirsten Baade Percussion Mitch Hagger Bari saxophone Yori Dade Trumpet Jacob Hills

03.01.2022 Howdy, everyone We’ve finished the studio stuff for the Gabba Ward Shutdown Album - all the tracking and mixing and mastering has been completed. It’s sounding so grand, and it’s ready to be released. We still need an album cover, however. We are calling out for artists to submit works completed during the lockdown period that they’d be proud to have on the cover of this compilation. The works will be judged by a small panel, with input from the bands, and the chosen artis...t will receive $300. The only real criteria is the works representing the community in some way and it steering away from hateful themes/discrimination. Please send either a link, or an attachment to: [email protected] along with a short description of the piece and how you feel it connects to the area, or the project. We are hoping to find a way to show off all the submissions, and we are excited to see what you all send in. Much love, Matthew and Xavier.
