Fortunately our business is deemed an essential service in that we are a provider of finance and housing. What this means for our clients is that we are open for business and still able to assist people to transition into home ownership ... As per the government mandated regulations we are following all the necessary stops to remain Covid compliant. This means all our appointments and client communications are performed via phone, email and video chat. All documentation is handled via our digital forms and email with DocuSign used for signatures where available. With regard to onsite inspections and handovers where necessary these will still be performed however strict social distancing protocols will be in effect at all times.
