17.01.2022 You will see our team wearing yellow this week, we are doing this to raise awareness for R U OK Day- Thursday 10th September. We would love to have you join us. If you have an appointment this week why not add a splash of yellow to your outfit and spread the word. Asking the question is easy, but what do you do if the answer is no, here are some helpful tips. ... https://www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask

14.01.2022 We're open! When you next pop in we would love if you would wear a mask, just like us! Did you know the main value of wearing a mask is to protect other people. Masks prevent sick people from infecting others.... If you are unknowingly infected, wearing a mask will reduce the chance that you pass COVID-19 on to others. Even if you are wearing a mask, stay 1.5 metres away from others, where possible. Don't forget to wash your hands regularly and if your sick stay at home.

03.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has been wearing their masks. As of tomorrow we'll be making it mandatory for anyone attending our practice to wear a mask or face covering. Have a look at the images for some Do's & Don'ts to ensure you are wearing your mask correctly. When should you wear a mask? -if it is hard to maintain 1.5 metres of physical distance from others... -In areas where there has been community transmission -when in high-risk indoor areas such as public transport, supermarkets, shops, churches and other places of worship -when caring for or serving vulnerable people -if working in a cafe, restaurant, pub, club or other high-risk indoor areas. -Children under 12 years of age do not need to wear a mask. Toddlers under 2 years of age and babies must not wear masks, which are a choking and suffocation risk. https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/face-masks
