24.01.2022 Following the government directive to close all non-essential services from midday today, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our beautiful studio. It is unclear as to whether or not we fall into the category of indoor sports facilities or essential services but in the interest of the safety of our instructors and our community we feel the right thing to do is to close our doors. We are seeking clarification as to what happens next so will be in touch... as soon as possible. Our priorities are everyones safety and finding ways to keep our wonderful community together. 21.01.2022 **COVID UPDATE** Following the latest advice from NSW Health, we will be keeping the studio closed until midnight on Wednesday. We wish our community all the best over the next few days whilst we ride this wave together and keep our community safe in the hope that we can return to normal very soon. Why? They donate 50% of their profits and are eco friendly. *Use essential oils. From diffusers to cleaning products they have endless uses. *Nurture your body with wholefoods and reduce your plastic purchase. Just of few of the ways we try to reduce our footprint

10.01.2022 OPEN FOR BUSINESS (long post alert!) The whole team at Wave wish to reassure you of the changes we have made in the studio to protect both our staff and our clients so that you can still reap the many benefits of Pilates at this time (physical strength, boosting immunity, reduce stress and contribute to a healthier mental and emotional state of mind). It is more important than ever that you look after the health of yourselves and your loved ones. This means sleeping well, re...ducing stress, nourishing and hydrating your body and of course moving. Get outside in nature as much as you can (obviously keeping within the social distancing guidelines). *Actions we have taken*: Classes have been limited to a maximum of 6 (please add yourself to the waitlist if the class you are trying to book is full - we will add classes if necessary) Beds have been spaced out so there is 2m between each bed The roller door is open for all sessions keeping a flow of fresh air through the studio Cloths have been replaced with disposable paper towels for wiping down the equipment Hospital grade cleaning spray will be used by staff to clean equipment and studio (light switches, springs, door handles etc) in between classes Instructor to change springs Limited use of props (will be wiped by instructor if used) Oil diffusers with air purifying qualities will be on between classes No late cancellation fees (but please give us as much notice as possible with reduced numbers in class) *What we ask of our clients*: If you, or anyone you have been in contact with are unwell or have just returned from overseas DO NOT come to class (includes bringing children to class) Clients are required to wear socks at all sessions - no exceptions Clients must bring their own towel to class Clients and staff must wash/sanitise hands before and after class (sanitiser is provided) Enter class through the roller door entrance to limit touching of door handles We appreciate your support during this challenging period. As further developments unfold, we will notify you of any more changes within the studio. 08.01.2022 ***COVID UPDATE*** We have made the decision to keep the studio closed for the remainder of 2020. This is not how we wanted to see out 2020 but we feel that this is the best way we can support our community in keeping everyone safe and returning to some normality in 2021. (All memberships have been put on hold) We will be closely watching the advice from NSW Health and plan to open as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. In the meantime, stay safe, enjoy the downtime with your loved ones and be kind to yourself xxx

05.01.2022 Cant wait for 13 June opening day. We will share our new timetable shortly. Weve been playing with our Reformers and easily fit all 8 two metres apart in our huge warehouse space. So excited!

05.01.2022 So excited to be able to welcome you all back into the studio from tomorrow. Grateful to have a space in which we can confidently create a Covid-safe environment. With our roller door open for all classes, we bring the outside in. So that we can keep the studio safe for everyone, please remember to: - wear socks - wipe down all of the equipment after use - stay at home if you have any symptoms... - let us know if you have been a close contact to anyone with the virus Time to start hitting those fitness goals!

05.01.2022 Full class Friday Enjoying the beautiful mermaid stretch which lengthens and stretches the sides of the body. A little fresh with the doors up but once moving everyone warmed up.

04.01.2022 We love to run a challenge because of the results we get. Mainly a new found love for Pilates! Or if you are already a convert a great chance to experience our studio and variety of instructors. On our last challenge 6 of our ladies were specifically looking to tone. And tone they did as a group they lost 128.5cm! ... Others find strength they didn’t know they had. We also had comments on improvements seen in swimming, soccer and golf. And let’s not forget the guys, often told by a physio they must do Pilates for their backs and within just 3 weeks there’s enough improvement to keep coming to us twice a week. Our next starts this Monday so if you haven’t tried us yet or simply been for an intro now is the perfect time

We hope you are all doing OK whether you are in the Northern Northern Beaches or on the South Side and we look forward to the possibility of re-opening our doors after the 9th Jan.
