23.01.2022 The finished product, honey, soy and mustard chicken on a bed of roughly chopped veggie smash with a garnish of a honey mustard mayo drizzle. Not too bad but I think next time a lil less mustard in the marinade.

21.01.2022 Tonights dinner is a special cook for my late Grandmothers passing, 12 LONG months ago, La Frog is getting Nestalgic as Im wizzing up a Jackeroo beef N pork stew with sour cream, parmesan, chives and chilli dumplings. I remember when I was a pup Grandma and Mum (Back in New Zealand) spending all day in the kitchen cooking up this sort of feast and I bloody love it. Stay tuned for the end result.

Monthly menu changes INSPIRED by some great BBQ and home Chefs/cooks... Friday and Saturday night specific genre music nights.... Charity events AND nights.... Just have something different from what the ordinary bar serves nowadays... ALL in a Cozy,fun and safe, Home like/Family style atmosphere where EVERYONE can enjoy their warm-up session before a night on the town. Just a thought.... Just a dream as such.... .

05.01.2022 Merry Egg eating day Frog fans.... I hope that woolie, Long eared Bunny spoilt each and everyone of you.... Today boys and girls La Frog is on duty for a LOOONG day.... Roughly 8hr cook today.... Feast your eyes on my rack.... My PORK RACK... Ya sickos... Simply seasoned and lightly oiled with a couple of pork Cumberland snags for a quick snack a lil later on... Low & Slow on 200F for between 4-7hrs plus 1hr ATLEASED for resting.... Keeping an eye on an internal temp of 170F.... ... See yas in few hours YO!

04.01.2022 GDay Frog fans.... As promised my "Poor mans smoko" frittata made up of nothing BUT leftovers.... Frozen green veg, chillies, spinach, onions, brussel sprouts, eggs.. OBVIOUSLY.... Smoked (Fake) cheese, green beans with smoked sweet paprika, fresh garlic cloves, oregano, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkled some shredded cheese with a garnish of seeds and chillies.... ... I was going to video this dish but unfortunately I wasnt able to so my apologies but hopefully next time Ill film my cook.... Let me know what you cats think.... Cheers.
