19.01.2022 JOB VACANCY!!! Junior - Retail / Customer Service / Warehouse We are seeking an enthusiastic person to fill the varied position of retail / customer service / warehouse person.... The position is primarily in our retail shop located within the warehouse; here we sell all hospitality supplies from packaging to kitchen equipment. About the Role: This is a face to face customer service position so a friendly, outgoing manner is a must. The position requires intermediate computer skills and neat handwriting, as there is some administration and data entry involved in the order process and to keep customer accounts updated. As part of the retail shop you will be expected to keep the shelves stocked, tidy and clean. At times some heavy lifting will be involved in the position. Good time management is needed as the retail store is a busy fast paced environment. You must have excellent attention to detail as you will be using EFTPOS machines, handling cash, taking specific orders and updating customer records. Whilst we work as a team, at times you will be required to work independently. Previous Hospitality or Warehouse experience is highly regarded, but not a requirement. About You: You will need a Manual Drivers License You must be able to lift 20kg. You must be a team player and willing to listen and learn. The position is Full time and will include the one Saturday morning shift per month. This role is suited to a junior and full training will be provided. Position open to Australian Residents Only. 12.01.2022 Chef Link have all the baking equipment you need to whip up a batch of ANZAC biscuits this ANZAC day, and to help you along here is our favourite recipe CWA ANZAC Biscuits! YUMMY INGREDIENTS:... 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup sugar 1 cup coconut 1 tbs golden syrup cup plain flour 2 tbs butter 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda (dissolved in 2 tbs of boiling water) DIRECTIONS: Oven Temp 180c |15 min Prep | 20 min Cook | 24 Servings 1. Pre-heat oven and line & butter 2 baking trays 2. Combine syrup, melted butter and dissolved bi-carb soda. 3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. 4. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well. 5. Place small balls onto trays and bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes. 6. Let them rest on the tray for a minute to firm up then transfer to cooling rack. TIPS: Stored in an airtight container, Anzac Biscuits will keep for 2 weeks. We cater to all businesses in the Cairns region delivering goods from Gordonvale to Port Douglas. We require a person to fill the varied roll of warehouse assistant and delivery driver.
