22.01.2022 Today is the day to get out and move. Balls, bounce, bikes, balloons and bubbles. If these dont get you outside and moving, nothing will. For those looking at more inside activities think Barbies, Batman, baking, ballet, bed and books. I know the last two are calling me today. Yesterday so many friends said they loved the list and there were so many good ideas. [ 461 more words ] https://mickymae.wordpress.com/2020/03/27/letter-b/

22.01.2022 Great crafting options here - lots of uses for those toilet roll centres.

22.01.2022 Long post warning: You may have noticed some changes happening on the Facebook and Instagram pages. Micky Mae as a childrens clothing store and fabric store is ending. I closed the doors on the shop 6 months ago and have had very little sales since then. We currently have a 50% off all clothing stocks on the web page (www.mickymae.com.au) until Sunday night, after that we are done. Fabric is being sold through destash sites as will remaining clothing. I may get to markets ag...ain one day after everything calms down. But instead of just disappearing from the world, I still have lots to offer and give. I just have something different to offer. For now, lots of free content. Topics will be centred around the home so lots of recipes, maybe some sewing tips, shopping and organising tips, activities to keep the kids occupied and learning something during these times. I will be posting something everyday during our COVID-19 stay-in with ideas for something to do that day. In the background, I am working on my new blog page with more details to come. So please, go shop and pick up a bargain - I didnt realise half the shop wasnt there the other day - and if you want to stay connected then please hang around, engage and we will see where life takes us all. Thank you for making it this far and coming on my journey for the past 7 years, and I look forward to you joining me for at least another 7. Cheers Kim.

09.01.2022 Who has been shopping and seen a great sale on fresh produce like capsicums and wanted to buy up big, but knew that you wouldnt get through them all before they turned? Well now you can - just dont take all of mine!! Keep in mind these dont thaw crisp, so they are great in casseroles or cooked meals or on pizzas (which is our main use).
