18.01.2022 Today has been a big energy shifting day. So I captured the feeling with these colours and images to try and express the energy of it. . The most frustrating thing for me as an artist, is to try and translate the energy and imagery that I see and feel into some semblance of the experience. But it’s also really beautiful to be able to capture some essence of a spiritual or transpersonal encounter. Even if it’s just a shadow ... How does it make you feel?

17.01.2022 This little guy I did reiki on him and we shared a beautiful energy connection for probably 15 minutes or more. He was showing off and sending me all sorts of beautiful energy. Hurts my heart to see him in a cage. If you’re a reiki person or just a lovely soul who wants to share some energy (or for our students who want to practice your energy work ) I highly recommend finding an animal sanctuary or place you can go to send some healing to the animals. You might even make a friend

And not everyone can see the many lives you've lived, the trials you've been through or the work you've done to come to the place you stand now But the truth is, you...'re the only person who needs your approval.
