25.01.2022 The countdown is on:) I finally found a place to settle down and start up my condiments again:) it will only be part time as I will still be working away and will just be taking orders through Facebook for awhile until I secure dates for markets and get enough stock:) exciting times:) new kitchen is temporary leased near Mandurah, please share with all you friends:)

24.01.2022 I think I may be in heaven:) I am loving being out cooking on the ocean. The vessel I am onboard is very comfortable with a fabulous galley & walk in coolroom bigger than my bedroom at home!!!! It is rewarding for me to be feeding lots of hungry mouths on my shift :)

I am a little bit disappointed in myself, but have chosen not to enter in any products this year due to lack of permanent kitchen & new work schedule:( I will certainly miss out on the excitement of waiting for the results to come through, .., I am extremely proud of the places I did receive since I started entering in 2009 though:)

08.01.2022 Raspberry vinaigrette lovers!!!!!! I have been asked to be included in an article for the upcoming Perth royal show. The article is to include a recipe for last years entry, which was the vinaigrette... As I am away until the due date of info to be received, is anyone able to make a delicious dish using my vinaigrette?? The photo needs to be clear and able to submit to the west Australian newspaper.... This would be really appreciated as all my pics are in my laptop...credit will be given for dish & photograph .

02.01.2022 Orders have been rolling in, looking forward to cooking up a storm over the next few weeks... Will now, by request also be doing batches of mixed berry jam ( 3rd place ), mango jam, chilli mango chutney as well as raspberry vinaigrette(2x2nd+1x3rd place), chilli garlic sauce(2nd), banana date & tamarind(highly commended) and salad dressing:). Stock available at Exmouth visitor centre until further notice:)
