23.01.2022 APTI 8 WEEK ISO SHRED The last 8 weeks have been full of ups and downs, long days and even longer nights trying to get through this unknown reality that has been placed upon us but they often say try to keep your focus on the things you can control and honestly if I didn’t have the best meal plan, created by the amazing @sophiella_fitness to keep me occupied and learning so many new skills, like hitting my macros and cooking new meals I don’t know if I would’ve coped so wel...l throughout this period. I’m so proud of myself for sticking to it and saying no to the many delicious temptations my parents were making and buying because I was sick of looking in the mirror at the end of the day and feeling guilty for eating that donut, having those rows of chocolate or eating portion sizes far too big that left me with a stomach ache, because I wasn’t happy with what I saw in the mirror. I was at my fittest at the end of last/beginning of this year and having routine taken away from me in the first lockdown definitely saw me gain a few extra kgs which did not make me feel good. I’m not here to preach by any means because the way each of us makes it through this period is something I’m not going to judge, if you need to eat those extra comfort foods or push yourself to run a new PB to get you through I’ll be right there supporting you either way. But here’s some photos of my last 8 weeks that I wanted to share with you all because I am bloody proud of myself and I don’t think we all say that often enough! & when we come out of this, if you’re keen to shred those extra iso kgs head to @aptitude_fitness_centre and jump on that 8 week meal plan because I guarantee if someone as fussy as me loves it, you will too!
