24.01.2022 DELIVERY DRIVER WANTED We are a wholesale catering company based in North Carlton, providing ready made foods to CBD cafes. We are looking for a new driver to join our team. Must be well presented, punctual, speak English, over 25 years of age, hold a valid license and able to drive our Automatic Mercedes Sprinter (she’s pretty comfy!!) This position is five mornings a week, Monday to Friday, NO weekends or nights EVER... YAY!!! We are able to be flexible in finding the rig...ht person for our role and have two options available. 1. 2:30AM - 8:30/9:00AM OR 2. 5:00AM - 8:30/9:00AM Your role includes: - packing catering orders in accordance to our running sheets - loading catering trays to the Van each morning - following a set route ensuring deliveries are made promptly and in the correct cafe order - being professional and polite when entering our cafes to drop off their deliveries and following their direction - collecting catering trays from the previous day - returning to the kitchen, unloading trays, cleaning down the packing station and re setting for tomorrow’s deliveries We will offer you a paid trial shift shadowing our driver and full training will be provided to the successful applicant. You will be running deliveries with our drivers at the start until you find you feet. Food knowledge and or kitchen experience can be an advantage, but not essential.
