09.01.2022 Last night, Trident Property Advisory attended the opening night of the Exhibition: All Creatures and Wild Things held by Royal Queensland Art Society in their Petrie Terrace Art Gallery. The event was held in support of the RSPCA QLD Wildlife Hospital, with door tickets and raffle proceeds being directly donated. We heard first-hand about the impact that the recent Australian Bushfires have had on Australia's wildlife and the role of the RSPCA has had in helping their recovery. Such a great night!

09.01.2022 On behalf of the private landlord, Trident Property Advisory would like to welcome 97 Edward Streets newest Tenant, Edward Street Dental (previously George Street Dental). Edward Street Dental outgrew their premises after acquiring another CBD dental practice and amalgamated both businesses into the same premises on an exclusive full floor that would be close to the largest CBD dental practice. Trident identified the value of existing fit-out to the Tenant, which was ultima...tely acquired by the Tenant, limiting all landlord capital costs required to secure them. This fit-out, and the ground floor signage, were the main drivers of the decision.
