07.01.2022 Changing fitness levels as we get older can impact our swimming abilities, as too can medication and alcohol. Never overestimate your abilities. Never underestimate the risks around water #playitsafebythewater

05.01.2022 The age old saying The days are long but the years are short has rung so true for us this year. Itspassed so quickly and I cant believe I have a two year o...ld! Ziya is busy, full of life and so energetic! All it takes is a split second and hes off, so to say theres no relaxing at the moment is an understatement. Last summer we partnered with Royal Life Saving Australia to encourage parents to remain vigilant around water with little ones. At the time, Ziyas confidence was building every day, and we were relatively new to this whole chasing a toddler business fast forward a year and weve been on our toes ever since. Children under five remain the age group at highest risk of unintentional fatal drowning so its such an important issue. Drowning is quick and silent... all it takes is a quick scroll on social media or running inside to grab something youve forgotten and tragic consequences can result. I encourage every parent to take 5 mins to head over to the journal and have a read up on how we can keep the little ones safe this summer #KeepWatch #KKCollab See more
