YES, Chile Mojo will provide seedling plants again this year, courtesy our fantastic growers: Hillside Herbs and Succulents First offerings are expected to arrive mid-October. Other special types will come in later; perhaps be gone on day 1.

23.01.2022 NOW (well, almost now) This season's chile seedling plants are about to land. A bit of cold start to 2020 Summer has made chile sprouts a bit shy to come forth. Other considerations (like: panic buying and new global logistics) have made it tricky for any grower to even acquire seeds this year. Our wonderful friends and Top Notch Growers: Hillside Herbs and Succulents continue to produce really great product, ready to plonk into Adelaide garden beds We hope to see first of Spring supply as early as next Thursday: 29 October .

12.01.2022 The pods too large for deep frying ended up here in the oven. NOT oil shocked but decapitated and seeded. The cavity filled with fridge clearance items; in this case: risotto plus cheese/carmelised onion left over from the Poppers. Skewered atop the oven grate shelf makes for good searing airflow all around the chiles (don't forget to add a drip pan below).
