24.01.2022 Kung Pao chicken, also transcribed as Gong Bao or Kung Po, is a spicy stir-fry dish made with chicken, peanuts, vegetables, and chili peppers. The classic dish in Szechuan cuisine originated in the Sichuan Province of south-western China and includes Sichuan peppercorns. Although the dish is found throughout China, there are regional variations that are typically less spicy than the Sichuan serving. We pride ourselves on having the best Kung Pao chicken in town. The chefs are also known to produce a very special Kung Pao prawns for a special occasion.

We are very fortunate to have a Peking Duck master chef who trained with the most famous Peking Duck Master Chef in China. We have 2 custom made Peking Duck ovens to ensure we follow the traditional cooking techniques and these things all combine to allow us to produce what we and many others believe is the best Peking Duck in Sydney. Cooked freshly for each table as they order and served to the table as soon as the cooking process is finished ensures that our guests enjoy Peking Duck at its very best. 19.01.2022 The Forbidden City was the Chinese imperial palace from the Ming dynasty to the end of the Qing dynasty. It is located in the center of Beijing, China, and now houses the Palace Museum. For almost 500 years, it served as the home of emperors and their households, as well as the ceremonial and political center of Chinese government. We have hand made replicas of the palaces of the forbidden city in each of our private rooms. These large models made from tiny sticks of bamboo took more than a year to build.

10.01.2022 True Mapo doufu is powerfully spicy with both conventional "heat" spiciness and the characteristic "mala" (numbing spiciness) flavor of Sichuan cuisine. The feel of the particular dish is often described by cooks using seven specific Chinese adjectives: (numbing), (spicy hot), (hot temperature), (fresh), (tender and soft), (aromatic), and (flaky). These seven characteristics are considered to be the most defining of authentic Mapo doufu.
