Plastic guards are a good deterrent but are easily snapped by persistent intruders looking to take advantage of a screen door that isn't deadlocked.... 15.01.2022 Mazda BT-50 UN series. This is one car you REALLY don't want to lose your only key for (same goes for the Ford Ranger equivalent). The original immobiliser key chips for these have been out of production for years now and are becoming near impossible to find.... If you only have one key for your Mazda BT-50 or Ford Ranger, Chinchilla Locksmiths highly recommend having at least a spare non-remote immobiliser key made from it while you still can.
