25.01.2022 It's never been more important than now to stay healthy and fit! At Step into Life Bendigo it is business as usual. "We Do It Outdoors" which is safest place that you can possibly be for your fitness maintenance with minimal risk of contracting anything. To help maintain this safe environment........ Please bring a towel for your mat.... Use the hand sanitiser provided. All equipment will be disinfected before each session. If you do feel unwell and have cold or flu symptoms please stay home and see your GP. This is not much different from what we do each cold and flu season anyway. See more

25.01.2022 Thanks Irene, I especially love this part...... Put simply, medics found that severely ill flu patients nursed outdoors recovered better than those treated indoors. A combination of fresh air and sunlight seems to have prevented deaths among patients; and infections among medical staff.[1] There is scientific support for this. Research shows that outdoor air is a natural disinfectant. Fresh air can kill the flu virus and other harmful germs. Equally, sunlight is germicidal and there is now evidence it can kill the flu virus.

22.01.2022 It was beautiful out and about early this morning. Run and stretch in the fresh air. #outdoors

14.01.2022 Yes this could change, especially if we, as an industry, dont adhere to policy and do the right thing. For now outdoors is still good!

06.01.2022 Strength training is for your brain, not just your body! Studies have shown that weight lifting not only strengthens your body but also your mind. 06.01.2022 Comments like this from our members make it worthwhile. "Hey Mick, Just wanted to say thanks for today. The fresh air and exercise has made me feel refreshed. Certainly felt safer during your session than in any workplace, shop or venue!!" (Thanks Ness)... Our set up today was a bit over cautious, stations were double the suggested social distance, own mats, towels and weights and I'm happy with that! See more
