02.01.2022 A new month means a new Action for Happiness calendar. This month's theme is "self-care" and each day features a small and actionable step you (or your students/clients/family) can take to improve self-care. "Self-care isn't selfish, it's essential. No-one's perfect. But so often we compare our insides to other people's outsides. This month we're encouraging everyone to be kinder to themselves (as well as others), especially when things go wrong. Self-care increases our resi...lience and helps us get more out of life. It also helps us accept others as they are too." Visit Action for Happiness to download your PDF version. They also have multiple languages and even a B&W version available and they are all completely FREE. Yay! https://www.actionforhappiness.org/self-care-september
