23.01.2022 TURMERIC AVAILABLE. Madras is yellow has a beautiful gingery flavour - perfect for curries or to add that secret ingredient to soups, stews and marinades. Alleppey turmeric is more orange, and has a more earthy warm flavour and adds colour to your dishes.

22.01.2022 We are harvesting some Nam Doc Mai mangoes. Beautiful aromatic flavour - different from other mangoes and quite delicious. Sending to EPT at Perth Markets.

21.01.2022 Our navel oranges are almost finished. Huge crop - over 50 tonnes of fruit. What a beautiful and productive season (at last!!!). Thanks to our two teams of French pickers and packers (and one Aussie!) for being ready to listen and learn, and also to put in a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm. Our in-house packing and grading system is getting better every year. A big thanks to Tony T. at Smith's for pre-pick grading and packing advice. Also a HUGE thanks to Gassy Gold for your professionalism, patience, thoughtfulness and continual support. Another big thanks to our Carnarvon Growers Association - every year you think ahead and help us get ready for our early orange season: it's fantastic and we couldn't do it without you. 05.01.2022 Sweet Palermo Paprika. Perfect for salads and will put a beautiful sweet flavour into your cooked dishes. They are amazing pickled. We have green, red and golden Palermos at the moment. Why not try one? You'll be surprised at the sweet aromatic flavour.
