25.01.2022 I could not have picked a better way to see 2021 in if I tried At exactly 3.47am on the 1st January 2021 Lola’s first baby arrived earth side In quick succession along came 6 more babies, giving her a grand total of 7 beautiful babies. ... After a sleepless 24hours (I did not leave my girls side) Lola pushed through and gave me the best New Years gift I could ever ask for. My heart is so so full Genetics is a funny thing, and unfortunately we can’t mess with Mother Nature. She has given us 7 stunning, shiny black babies. Lola is the most competent, loving Mumma, it’s like she has done it all before Some of these babies are already spoken for. 22.01.2022 One of the things I love the most about breeding puppies for their forever families is the people I meet and the connections I make It means so much to me when the forever families keep in touch with pictures, messages and videos. I received this picture and message yesterday from Boo’s Mum. In the picture you will see Boo snuggling up to the teddy and blankie we sent with him when he left his fur Mumma. It had her smell on it. This helps the puppies to settle into their n...ew environment. It’s not just about breeding dogs. 07.01.2022 I often see people shake their head when they find out I have 3 Labs. After this afternoon, there will probably be more people shaking their heads! The reason why I have Labs in my life? They make me truely happy. Breeding Labradors and finding them the best forever homes fills my heart It is a labour of love.... I love the companionship my dogs give me, the unconditional love, the feeling of security. I’m calling today ‘T’ day. Stay tuned...............

06.01.2022 Update number 2 This gorgeous little girl came along to fill a very large hole in the hearts of the Statham family after they said goodbye to their fur baby Fred And Claudia has certainly done that!! She is one very loved little girl! I was so delighted to get an update from Kel GK Stathos after Claudy went for her 2nd vaccinations. ... Hey Mel, We took Claudia to the vet today and she had her shot and check up. She’s doubled her weight and Stu said he’d seen a few from your litter this week and that you do an amazing job and all the pups he sees are doing so well. He also loves the come back of the black labs! Loves them! As do we!! So go you! Breeder of the year! Her weight was 10.37 kg and she was 5.10 kg! Great genes! Stu very impressed with this litter!! 03.01.2022 These last 8 weeks have gone in a blink of the eye! 8 weeks ago we were blessed with 5 unplanned black bundles. These babies have grown into the most beautiful, loving, funny, social puppies. For the past 8 weeks these guys have had human contact 24/7. ... Not a day has gone by where they haven’t been loved, snuggled and interacted with-one positive from Covid-19!! On Saturday they go to their forever families Families that have been carefully chosen to give these very special fur babies the love and attention they deserve. It will be a happy/sad day for me, they bring me so much joy and love, I will miss them so much. But knowing they are going to be so very loved makes it much easier.
