24.01.2022 Important Update For All Clients: Whilst salon hygiene has always been extremely important to us. We would like to update all clients as to what health and safety practices are in place at our salon. Aswell as additional precautions we will be taking effective immediately. Our Response: At present, our salon will continue to trade as per normal hours. We are actively monitoring COVID-19 situation updates to ensure that we follow the latest advice. In line with current guideli...nes, if you have travelled to a high risk country/ region, or have come into direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days, you must seek medical advice and self isolate. Additionally, if you are currently and/or have been experiencing flu like symptoms (sore throat, cough, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath), please DO NOT attend your appointment until you have seeked the appropriate medical care. We kindly ask that our customers adhere to this for their own safety, and that of our employees and customers. Our Health and Safety Practices/ Additional Precautions All tools such as tweezers, nail clippers, cuticle pushers etc. are properly cleaned after every appointment. This involves a three stage disinfection/ sanitization process. Where possible, we use single use consumables which are disposed of after each client. All equipment used by our staff such as lights, chairs, tables etc. is cleaned after every appointment. All staff practice hand hygiene regularly, in addition they will wear protective gloves during each appointment. All staff will wear a mask during every appointment. Full length disposable bed roll covers are used on our treatment bed and changed after every client High traffic areas such as the waiting area are being sanitized frequently throughout the day. We will now be asking every client upon arrival to sanitize their hands prior to commencing their appointment. We will now be leaving a 15minute buffer period in between ALL bookings, this is to reduce overlap of appointments and to allow additional time for thorough disinfection/ sanitization practices in between clients Lastly, as much as we love to provide a warm welcome and goodbye to our beautiful clients, please refrain from handshakes, hugs and cheek kisses.

To ensure a COVID safe environment we have taken measures to disinfect the premises prior to re-opening and have implemented a COVID safe plan as stated below. We would like to thank you for your ongoing support and look forward to seeing you again. CLIENTS - Please use the provided hand sanitiser upon arrival.... - All clients must complete a COVID safe questionnaire (prior to your visit). - If you are unwell, DO NOT attend your appointment. - If you attend your appointment with any form of infectious illness we reserve the right to decline your service in the interest of the health and safety of our staff and clients. - For record keeping purposes, all clients must disclose the following: full name, contact phone number, email and residential address. - We also recommend that all clients download the COVID SAFE app on their mobile device. - Please dress warmly as we are aiming to minimise the use of non disposable equipment such as blankets. - Please attend your appointment solo. We ask that you do not bring friends, family or children along with you as we aim to minimise the number of people at the premises.
