24.01.2022 We are back at the workshop now. Thank you for your understanding. There was a fire right up to our fence line and it was not good for health reasons to stay at the office all day. There is still the smell of burnt but nothing a good candle and a closed door cant fix. Workshop hours for the next 2 days are: Thursday 9am-3pm Friday 9am-3pm Of coarse Matt is available 7am-6pm weekdays just give him a call on 0410 530 540

18.01.2022 Hey Facebook friends, The Coronavirus is hurting business, especially small business and I believe that we can minimise this by adopting a smart and realistic m...indset rather than a panicked one that can bring down our economy.in my opinion, needlessly. The answer is NOT to stop going to our service providers if we are healthy but to not go if we are a potential risk. If everyone adopted this thinking, we may even survive economically with minimal business losses. A lot of small business owners are not geared up for such massive losses of business and if were not careful, our much loved and favourite salons, restaurants, retail stores and other consumer-facing industries may not be there when this is over. And this, of course, would mean that many will lose their jobs. Our country is built on small business and this is a time to take care of our own because we can. Please think twice before cancelling an appointment or reservation. Find out what the business is doing towards stepping up to precautionary hygiene standards. Im sure youll be surprised and relieved.

15.01.2022 We are back and ready to go for another year. We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New year. Wow! we are almost completely booked for this week for workshop and onsite jobs.

14.01.2022 It is very important to never click on a link in an email. If you are ever unsure, feel free to call us to investigate for you. Telstra, ATO, Ergon etc will never send you an email asking to confirm ANY details. They already have the information that they require. The same goes with calling you for information. That refund they are offering may sound enticing but trust us, it never works out well.

05.01.2022 To our Valued clients, Choice Computer Solutions will be continuing to trade as we are an essential part in our community especially in times like this where people’s everyday lives become even more dependent of digital and electronic equipment. However, the way we help will have to change significantly over the next few weeks/months in order to do adapt to our client’s new business structures, along with our non-business clients who may need help from home. We hope that we c...an continue to do what is best for our current family of clients but also for new members that may need help. We are more than happy to work around each one of our clients and what suits them providing it does not put anyone at risk in order to help you as quickly as possible. We ask that if you are unwell, please let us know when booking a job so we can make the best judgement on how to move forward with your repair. Choice Computer Solutions are 10 years old this month (CONGRATULATIONS MATT!!) and we hope to be around for many more. Please be patient during this time as we are all in the same situation. ONSITE REPAIRS, DELIVERY OR MAINTENANCE: Where possible, we will insist on helping to resolve any issues that may arise remotely. If a tech does in fact need to come to your place of business/home, then we ask that you inform us of anyone that may be sick so we can make the best decision around the repair possible. We also ask that social distancing is respected in the place of business. We understand that each business will have different policies in place with the current situation and we promise to follow the rules to each business as if it were our own. WORKSHOP REPAIRS, SALES, COLLECTION OR MAINTENANCE: When it comes to repairs being done in our workshop, we ask that you please give us a quick call just to make sure the office is attended as we may all be out onsite. Being a workshop and not a retail store is working in our favor as we do not have a constant flow of customers coming in and out of our business. In between each customer, the counters and doors are being sterilized. Your equipment is also being sterilized before being worked on and again before being placed on a clean surface ready for you to collect. Due to the size of our workshop, if you do come down, we ask that only the necessary person/s are to enter. If you arrive and see other customers inside, please wait until the customer/s have left. We will give the front area surfaces a clean and then open the door for you when we are ready. PAYMENTS: We take payments via card, over the phone or via direct deposit. Accounts via approval for business customers. BUSINESS HOURS: Our business hours are still the same (9:00am 5:30pm, Monday to Friday) After hours callouts/remote jobs are still the same (any times/days out of the above business hours). Any work done outside of business hours will be charged at a higher rate.
