24.01.2022 Just received the October/November Australian Country magazine which I advertise in. These photos show one of my jackets and a top made from recycled and repurposed tableclothes. We will be returning to Bellingen Community market this Saturday and then Umina Beach market on Sunday. They will be the last markets for October. 21.01.2022 Finally back to sewing, it has taken a while to get organised and settled after house sits and markets were canceled. We are really thankful for the generousness of one of my sons and his wife for letting us stay in one of his homes until the end of June, hopefully we may be able to do some travel after that. The following photos show some of the clothes I have been working on. Firstly sleeved crop tops, some white and cream wraps, some lace pants in XS, S and M, a white jack...et and singlet crop top and some more jackets. The grey jacket is absolutely superb and would be great to wear in Autumn and Spring with its three quarter sleeves. Also new vintage chenille pants, these are a new fabric in a beautiful soft apricot/cream with black. In the current climate of not going out you couldn’t be more comfortable in a pair of chenille pants and a chenille poncho or jumper. As we cannot do markets please consider ordering something unique and original. If I have your measurements I can ensure that the garment will fit perfectly. Orders over $100 will be posted free. 18.01.2022 Looking forward to doing markets in Victoria this weekend. Saturday at Oxley Bush Market and Sunday Yarrawonga Family Fun Carnival market.Hopefully the weather will be good to us but not looking good at the moment. Will have these one off unique doiley hangings. They are made from recycled Drum skin rings, wrapped with threads and then a unique doiley is added. The first two are 59 cms, a large hanging, the purple and yellow and white daisy are 43 cms, the green black is 39 cms, whit and yellow daisy 36cms and the smallest with pansies is 33 cms. 14.01.2022 This year has not started as we thought with a few family issues, so have not got to some of the markets that we originally listed. Will be at the Self made market tomorrow in Yarrawonga. Next weekend we will be at the Hunter street market in Newcastle on Friday. Belligen Community market on Saturday and Umina Beach market on Sunday. That will be all for January. 09.01.2022 We are away doing a wonderful house sit near Stroud in the bush where Wallabies feed right near the house and there is no noise from cars or neighbours. It is so peaceful. We are doing the Hunter street market in Newcastle tomorrow Friday. On Sunday 15th we will be at Umina Beach market. Weather forecast is poor but we will still be coming. We head back home to do a house sit in Tatura from Friday the 20th. We will be at the Rewild market in Wagga Wagga at the information centre on Saturday 21st and then on the 28th we are in Bendigo for the Bendigo Sustainability Festival.

09.01.2022 We are loving staying in Swan Bay NSW after having some house sits cancel. Waking up early with the sunrise going for walks and helping out at a drug and alcohol rehab run by Global Connect. Have not been doing markets as the weather has often been rainy and windy and unsure of how successful they would be with Covid restrictions. Hope to get into sewing this week.
