21.01.2022 This week, Dr Ian Smith from Christ College, Sydney is teaching New Zealand students about the 'Early New Testament Church', via an online Zoom class. The purpose of this unit is to enable students to gain an understanding of the New Testament outside the Gospels, with a focus on the theology and mission of the early Church, as they are reflected in the Acts of the Apostles, the New Testament Letters, and the book of Revelation. Together with the other foundational New Testa...ment & Old Testament units, the 'Early New Testament Church' forms the foundation upon which all further study of the Scriptures builds. Together, these units provide an introduction to biblical theology via a survey of the books of the Bible understood as God’s Word, centred on the gospel of Christ. #christcollege #christforalloflife #christcollegeauckland #christcollegesydney
