25.01.2022 PSALM 91 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety;... he is my God, and I trust him. For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you. Just open your eyes, and see how the wicked are punished. If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet! The Lord says, I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.

24.01.2022 "The Lord gives his people strength. The Lord blesses them with peace." PSALM 29:11 Lord, only you know the way forward. I pray you would bless us with strength and peace, as your word promises, to continue walking forward along the path you have mapped out for us... for the 33 days before us and the eternity beyond that. Thank you for your peace, thank you for your strength, thank you for the promise of your presence.

24.01.2022 inhale. exhale. praise. inhale. exhale. praise Him! Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.... Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Psalm 150:1 - 6 Are you breathing? He loves you. Are you breathing? He's in control. Are you breathing? He's got you... and even when we stop breathing, He's still in control, He still loves you, and He's still holding you in palm of His hand. Rest in the knowledge of that.

22.01.2022 This is your reminder to take a deep breath, and be still for a moment. It's a reminder to contemplate the good things, and shed the light of perspective on the not-so-good things. This is your reminder to put down worries, and choose worship of the One who has all authority. This is your reminder to breathe.

16.01.2022 Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy. Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his... We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation. PSALM 100 It's Friday! Rest this weekend in the arms of our loving Father. Know that He is good. Know that you are loved by Him, and He sees every detail of your future. His unfailing love continues forever.

16.01.2022 Hope. What does it look like for you? Is it a hope for a dream to be realised here on this planet? Is it a hope for what's to come in the life that await us beyond this? We are hoping for the day that we get to break ground for the development of this university initiative. To experience the resistance of the shovel being driven into the earth, representing the resistance we've been working against along the journey... to experience the weight of the soil as we lift it from ...the ground, like the weight of the burdens we've carried... then to experience the relief as the soil falls from the face of the shovel, landing with a thud, as we exhale in celebration of our King for taking us to that point. We're hoping for that day, then all the days that follow as we continue to work toward establishing the Christian University for Australia initiative. 15.01.2022 I'm reading Jeremiah at the moment, and this stood out to me in chapter 23:23-24 "Am I a God who is only close at hand? says the Lord. No, I am far away at the same time. Can anyone hide from me in a secret place? Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and earth?... says the Lord. Just in case it slipped your mind, God isn't small. He is with you in your present and waiting for you in your future, and was with you all the way through your past. Even though these two verse are in the middle of a bit of a rant about the evil of this world, I love that God can't help but remind us of His love -- well, that's what He reminded me of as I read this anyway. So, as you navigate the days ahead, and reflect on what it took to get you to where you are now, know that you are loved by the God who is close at hand and far away at the same time. As you find refuge in your secret place, know that He is there with you too. He won't leave you, #HePromised. -- Roxanne

14.01.2022 HEBREWS 6:18 & 19 (TPT) ... And now we have run into his heart to hide ourselves in his faithfulness. This is where we find his strength and comfort, for he empowers us to seize what has already been established ahead of timean unshakeable hope! We have this certain hope like a strong, unbreakable anchor holding our souls to God himself. Our anchor of hope is fastened to the mercy seat which sits in the heavenly realm beyond the sacred threshold... As this turbulent year draws to a close I just want to remind you of the unshakeable hope we have in Christ - a strong, unbreakable anchor holding our souls to God Himself. It's all going to be ok.

14.01.2022 GALATIANS 6:9-10 (AMP) Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in. So then, while we [as individual believers] have the opportunity, let us do good to all people [not only being helpful, but also doing that which promotes their spiritual well-being], and especially [be a blessing] to those of the household of faith (born-again believers). As my friend Bob Goff said it once in his Dream Big Podcast, "If ...someone doesn't treat you with kindness & respect, doesn't mean you need to bail on kindness and respect." Keep going! We are a multi-denominational initiative; our diversity represented by our Board Members and Specialist Supporters. 10.01.2022 Search for peace, and work to maintain it. - PSALM 34:14(b) This one hit me hard. Peace is something we need to work at maintaining? Huh. Like a beautiful jasmine bush gone rouge in spring that we need to wrangle back into order, or a buoy in the ocean holding fast to its anchor to guide the ships, peace is something that doesn't come easy. ... Take courage, our God is the God of peace. He is Jehovah Shalom. He invites us every day to actively search for Him in order to find our peace and, once we have, it work at maintaining it. 08.01.2022 O Lord God of Heaven’s Armies! Where is there anyone as mighty as you, O Lord? You are entirely faithful. PSALM 89:8... A reminder for you on this Wednesday morning. God is ENTIRELY faithful. In 2 Timothy 2:13 it reads, "If we are unfaithful, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny who he is." How beautiful is that!? God isn't faithful because He chooses to be. God is faithful because that is WHO He is!

08.01.2022 Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal. ISAIAH 26:4 God you are the same yesterday, today and forever. So God we come before you with a posture of surrender. Would you mould us as shape us as you see fit? Would you use us for the glory of your name? Would you have authority over this vision and the steps necessary to see it come to pass? Thank you, Father, that you are the Potter and we are just the clay. Thank you that you are the Master Craftsman and we can trust the work of your hands.

07.01.2022 The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning. Lamentations 3:22-23... It's a new morning, a new day, a new week, FULL of God's fresh mercies, and faithfulness. There is grace waiting for you that is full to overflowing. There is a love that calls your name; it is more powerful than death itself. There is no room for fear, only room for hope. So walk tall into what lies ahead knowing that you are known and loved by the One who spoke all things into being. The God of all creation is waiting for you to take advantage of the opportunities set before you, and you can trust that He is faithful in the future just as He always has been in the past.

Without you, and the incredible gift you have to us in your Son Jesus Christ, there would be no purpose for it, no hope. But LORD THERE IS HOPE! You are our hope and our salvation. You a...re our fortress, you are our King, you are our provider. God we realise we are in a season now where university campuses are dormant, so it might be frivolous to ask you to provide what we need to purchase the Wises Road land... but we know you are bigger than this season. Dreams have been dreamt, plans have been drawn, hearts are holding onto hope that this Christian University for Australia will become a tangible reality that we can literally walk through one day. So, God, as there are now 37 days to go... 37 tomorrows, we choose not to worry, but instead to trust YOU. 03.01.2022 2 Corinthians 4:18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. We shared this verse the other week, but it spoke to me differently today. I was encouraged to look past what I can see with my eyes, to what I can see with my spirit. With our eyes, at times, we see many reasons for concern, but with our spirit we see many reasons for confident hope...... Romans 5:4 & 5 "...endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love." Keep going! - Roxanne

01.01.2022 There is a sense of God's leading right now. Sometimes it's crystal clear, other times it's clear as mud. We are trusting in the words of the Psalmist (Psalm 119:105) "Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path." We continue to walk forward. Would you join us on the journey?

There are exactly 40 days from today until the deadline Peter Wise has given us for the purchase of his amazing property, the PERFECT place upon which to build a world-class Christian University Campus for 10,000 students. Would you do what you can to help us purchase this land? Can you give? You have no idea what the Lord could do with that spare million.

01.01.2022 Are there days where you feel like this? Lost and abandoned in the depth of the ocean, heading into a deeper darkness, with no point of reference and no choice but to let the current govern your course? Would you be surprised to know that even if this were literally the case, or if it's the reality of your state of being right now, you're not alone? God promised: PSALM 139:11-12 If I say, Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,... even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. Earlier in the same Psalm (verse 7-10) it reads, "Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast." Whatever your reality is right now I want you to know that you are seen, you are known, you are loved, and there is light... just turn around and you'll see it. He's close, waiting for you. Call out to Him. We're praying for you.
