23.01.2022 Happy 2015 everyone! I hope you had a great Christmas and got plenty of time to rest! I have a lot of changes to implement this year and I've been busy preparing for them but I'm super excited to get back into my makeup! I thought I would start off the year with some advice for my beautiful brides from my favourite makeup guru, Napoleon Perdis himself! 15.01.2022 Makeup sliding off your face in this heat? Here's my top 3 tips to stop you looking like a Picasso painting! 1. Stick with a good waterproof mascara. This will help to stop "raccoon eyes" by midday! Put 2 or 3 coats on in the morning letting each coat set before the next and you'll have nice fluttery lashes for the rest of the day! ... 2. Summer is Lip Gloss time! Let's face it, you're going to be drinking wine... I mean water... all day! Even the best lipstick can't hold up to that kind of punishment. Keep it light and simple (and easy to to up) 3. Blotting Paper is the bomb! Grab yourself some blotting paper ASAP! If you can't find it in a store there are plenty available online. These pretty NYX ones are about $10 for 100 sheets on Ebay! Instead of piling up the powder to try and keep a matte look just lightly blot the oil and shine away to keep you looking fresh and summery! And remember if all else fails... just stay in the Air Conditioning!
