23.01.2022 Yes the Christmas Tree Farm is open from 21 November! Like many other businesses we’ve had to make changes to the way we operate to protect the health and safety of our customers and our staff. This year we’ll be asking all visitors to strictly adhere to social distancing, wear their face masks and to check in to our QR code so we can ensure contact tracing if necessary. For the families that love the experience of choosing their tree we have our COVID-safe choose and ...cut which allows you and the family the experience of coming to the farm and selecting your tree. To minimize queuing, we’ve adapted our payment process to ensure adequate space for everyone to socially distance. We’ve also introduced click and collect, allowing customers to order a tree in advance, for a future date and pick up at your requested time. For those who just want to get in and out we’ve created a drive through service which will allow you to drive in and pick up a tree from our pre-cut selection. We’ve also altered our opening hours to ensure everyone has a chance to get a tree at time that suits them and we minimize the opportunity for large crowds to gather. Unfortunately, current government and health advice means we’ll be unable to have our tractor ride, visits with Santa Claus or face painting this year. We‘re hopeful that these much-loved features will return next year! We open from Saturday 21 November. Monday Friday: 9am 7pm and Weekends 9am 5pm. Decorating your tree is almost as important as choosing it and our shop is fully stocked with a truly beautiful range of decorations.
