22.01.2022 Bondi session 21/11/19. Great Workout guys! **If anyone is keen for a challenge give this workout a go**... Warm UP 1Min Star Jumps 1Min High Knees 1Min Big Steps Followed by a 3X Round Circuit: 200Meters Run 20x Burpees 50x Squats Repeat (Once three rounds are complete take a 2:00 break then continue on to next circuit.) 2X Round Circuit: (Perform each exercise for 1:00) 1.DB Frontal raises 2. Med ball alternating Push ups 3. DB Chest flies 4. Close grip Push ups 5. Front barbell squat 6. 4x Toe touches + 4x Jumping lunges 7. Alternating Lunges 8. Sprint (30 big steps forward and then back) (Once 8 exercises are complete take a 1:30 break then repeat and then move onto the next circuit) 8X Round Fat Burning Circuit: 50 seconds ON - 10 seconds OFF 3x Star Jumps 2x High Knees 1x Burpee GOAL = 8:00 Min.

21.01.2022 Super proud of our Carioka client Natlia Ribas from Brazil, Rio with her ONLINE six weeks transformation challenge! We drove out to meet her in the North shore area around six weeks ago. She was explaining to us that she gained a lot of weight here in Sydney, Australia.... She worked long hours as a TRAFFIC CONTROLLER and found it difficult to EXERCISE. we could see by talking to her though that she was serious about her transformation and that her health and fitness goals were going to be ACHIEVED! 13.01.2022 A STORY OF SOMEONE WHOSE LIFE CHANGED WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO AUSTRALIA FROM BRAZIL! By social media, Barbara and I spoke on and off for a few months about training and what she could do to become healthier and fitter. I knew she would start training with us, it was just a matter of when. I love when we get the opportunity to change someones life! ... One day we started texting while she was on holiday in Brazil. She said she saw her GP and checked her cholesterol. I was proud of her for checking and I encourage everyone to do their checkups, especially if youre travelling and not eating foods you would normally eat at home. From the moment she got a high cholesterol result, she decided it was time to start eating healthier and getting into some kind of fitness. When she told me, I knew then and there that she was more focused about her goals and had good reasons to achieve them! So she booked herself in for a six week transformation program. I remember I sent her a message a day before her first FITNESS ASSESSMENT and asked if she was ready to achieve her TRANSFORMATION! Her response was "YES, NOW IS THE TIME TO CHANGE MY LIFE!" I said to her great! Give us six weeks and together we will achieve some awesome goals! We wrote her a five day per week program, with a nutrition plan, to suit her life style and despite not quite sticking to her plan 100 percent, she still achieved some amazing results! For example we said to train five days per week and she would of done three of them. This is her transformation below We are super proud of you here at CHRISTOFIT! 11.01.2022 LETS CONGRATULATE THIS CHAMPION! This is one of our clients Thiago! He got back from Brazil around six weeks ago While he was away on his holiday he was having a bit to much fun ... Drinking, Partying with friends and Brazilian bbqs most days! He got back into Australia and sent us a message. He was telling us he put 10kgs on while in brazil and he wants to be part of the 6 week transformation challenge. Yesterday we met up with him and he definitely has achieved some awesome goals! -LOST 5.8KGS OF BODY FAT -INCREASED DEFINITION -INCREASED STRENGTH -INCREASED FITNESS LEVELS! -INCREASED LEAN MUSCLE He is now going into a new six weeks and has some new awesome goals in mind! 07.01.2022 The body changes quicker than we think This is a before and after photo of our client Amanda who we decided to take on Board with us. Lets give her a big congratulations! Its funny actually how I met her.... She saw me unpacking my gym equipment at Woolworths car park, Wolli Creek and asked if I was a personal trainer. I could see she was highly motivated to achieve her fitness goals so I invited to her come train with us. Then a few months later after following a personalised meal plan, fitness program and some bootcamp classes she gets this awesome transformation! I dont think I need to say how much weight she has lost. This photo says a lot! I know she is super happy, confident and feeling proud of what she has achieved. 06.01.2022 WHEN YOU SURPRISE A CLIENT WITH 500 DOLLARS JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS! This is our Winner from our December online 6-week TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE AT CHRISTOFIT!... Just so you know a bit about Ale, she is from Sao Paulo Brazil and who currently lives in Manly - Sydney. We organised a suprise gift for her over the weekend which was 500 dollars. She didnt know this though and just thought we were meeting up with her to give her a CHRISTOFIT shirt for participating in our Challenge. But then we announced the news to her that she was the overall winner!! Just by seeing her reaction and the look on her face was amazing! Such a beautiful thing to see! She Deserves it! She took first place in our online challenge for a number of reasons. She was focused. She committed herself on a weekly basis and she messaged us with her meal diaries... So what came after this you may be thinking? Her Transformation of course!! She lost 5.1kg Eliminated 3.6% of body fat and developed some lean muscle What a champion! 04.01.2022 We did an hour of morning Cardio yesterday in surfers Paradise! Such a beautiful place. SERIOUSLY, IF THE WEATHER IS SUNNY WHERE YOU ARE, PLEASE GET OUTSIDE AND DO SOME WALKING, RUNNING OR HITT TRAINING! YOU WILL GET A GOOD SOURCE OF VITAMIN D INTO YOU, THE MOST NATURAL WAY. BUT JUST REMEMBER TO USE SOME SUNSCREEN! ... Both Angela and myself try to do physical activities on a weekly basis. Its a great opportunity to take care of your health and to take your fitness to a whole new level. Mentally and physically! Whenever I am exercising I always think of the positive things I can achieve in my life, which includes my fitness goals and the journey of helping others! Those who know me, know that when I was younger I went through some tough times. But one thing I can say is that exercise really helped me to get through it and some good positive mates. Exercise Really does give DEPRESSION a good kick in the but and gets those endorphins pumping into the body and let me tell you, it feels great! I encourage everyone to exercise! Training is my passion and my job as a trainer is to help people understand the benefits of health and fitness. This is something I will continue to do for the rest of my life. Here are some benefits of exercising: -helps you burns calories and fat for weight loss -it makes your heart strong so that it doesnt have to work hard to pump blood -it increases your lung capacity -it helps you reduce the risk of having a heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and some forms of cancer. So those are definitely some good benefits right there! So get out there people and experience what this world has to offer for you and get the heart pumping!
