24.01.2022 This pandemic has offered us a rare opportunity to take stock and reflect on what is normally invisible, the stuff that we just take for granted but actually really matters. Its helped us notice what we really need, and maybe helped us appreciate some of the things we can probably do without. It feels like connections with family, friends and colleagues have become more important and as a consequence the value and quality of the conversations we are having have also rightly... gone back to the top of priority list. In this very unusual year we have come to appreciate that we are all able to pivot and change, whats really been impressive has been the way we have been able to work together, to have confidence in one another, in our neighbours and in our local communities to keep driving forward. Theres a long way to go before this is all over but there is much we have learnt already, many of the lessons are actually really good things.
