24.01.2022 These legends are the young ladies I had the pleasure of coaching in the U16 girls Hunter Junior Rugby competition. These girls went through the modified Covid competition losing only 1 game. To say I’m proud is an understatement.

13.01.2022 Check out this legend. Dom dislocated his C5/6 vertebrae and suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury after a scrum collapsed on him during the 2015 NHRU 2nd grade grand final. I had the unenviable task of assessing, stabilising and supporting Dom on scene until paramedics arrived. His positivity, determination and motivation are truely inspirational.

01.01.2022 While I’m out in the sun today ensuring the safety of the players and spectators at the Cardiff Hawks Aussie Rules Club I also ensure I look after myself by applying sunscreen every 2 hours and wearing my Hunter Melanoma Foundation hat. Remember folks slip slop slap, get your skin checked every 12 months and keep an eye out for any changing skin spots.
