18.01.2022 Time to get excited people ! .. Summers here and The sound Of Boot camp will be "booting" up in the near future. I'm just searching and trying to find a Personal Trainer as awesome as me (tbc!) and as empathetic to the lifestyles of musicians! Motivational with out the drill Sargent! So Spread the word, bring a friend for free, and stay tuned to the SoB! ~~ Website in the making for easy smooth flow timetables, locations and info! ~~... And be in the first 15 people to have a chance to grab ya self a roll matt! I have a stock pile to give away!

16.01.2022 Due to Covid 19 this Bootcamp cannot run ( stay tuned and we will have updated on upcoming classes once the laws allow it) so you all have time to focus on ur mental game! Stay emotionally strong and physically healthy. It's at times like this the true impotence of health become apparent for a long and enjoyable life. Much love everyone
