11.01.2022 Not just for over 65s! We now have 2 "Gentle Taekwondo" classes a week Monday 11.30am and Thursdays 11am. Gentle Taekwondo is our easy on the knees and back Taekwondo training based on Australian Taekwondo's Ageless Taekwondo program. It aims to help promote fitness, strength, flexibility and social interactions. Originally the program was aimed at over 65s but speaking to participants during September's Emerge festival we think so many others can benefit from this program t...oo!
