24.01.2022 Family Part 2. Family is important to us. It’s probably important to most people, however for so many, ‘family’ doesn’t always bring feelings of joy or great memories. ... So many don’t have families, or families that are close, either by proximity or by relationship. Families welcome new people. Families embrace, even if they don’t understand initially. Families go out of their way to help when they can. Families help those members that aren’t well known. Families fight for each other. Families fight with each other; not each other. Families share. Families laugh and celebrate with each other. Families have fun together. Families cry and grieve together. Families cause us to want to be better. Families cause others to want to be part of the family. Families do life together...even when they’re not in the same location. Families strive for unity. Families go looking for the lonely. Families know that everyone matters and can contribute. Families challenge the status quo and believe everyone can do great things; even if they are small things. Families are made up of all ages and value every generation. Families always have a place set for one more person. Families don’t manipulate. Families don’t bully. Families don’t intimidate. Families don’t control. Families don’t moderate activity. Families don’t abuse. Families don’t use. Families don’t use fear. Families don’t leave members behind. Families aren’t selective. Families don’t have relational hierarchy. Families don’t with hold because of preference. Families don’t use guilt. Families don’t isolate. Make sure that you’re in a family. A family that is genuine. A family where you can grow when it’s your season and rest in between times. A family where you’re loved through your difficult and challenging times. A family where you can contribute because you want to, not because you’re made to. A family where integrity is valued and relationships are cultivated. A family that loves you for who you are and is helping you grow to become who you want to be.

24.01.2022 This Sunday....no in person 11am service....it’s Farmhouse Worship! So, spend the morning with your family and then join us for a shared meal, communion, worship and community from 5-7pm!
