That's what must have happened to Tay Kewei while indulging herself with our delicious Calzone, stuffed with whole peeled tomato, mozzarella cheese, grilled capsicum, chicken, fresh mushroom and sun-dried tomato. Calzone transforms topping into fillings when the sphere of dough is folded over before going into the oven. It originated in Naples, Italy, with the first printed mention of the dish dated back to... the year 1170. Mamma mia!!

The layers of "Savoiardi" (italian sponge biscuits), are delightfully fluffy yet soaked with coffee and a tinge of Marsala liquor. He started playing with flour when he was still a young kid, and it was easy for him to follow in the footsteps of his "Maestro".
