13.01.2022 As I tuck myself into bed, with tomorrow being my first day back in the salon after 11 weeks of lockdown, it’s got me thinking... I have never had 11 weeks off work in my life, even the biggest events in my life haven’t stopped me... 2013- I took 1 week off after my dad died. 2018-i took 3 weeks off over Christmas, got married and went on a little mini-moon. Then, I took 6 weeks off for my honeymoon to America (I thought this was epic) 2019- i took 3 weeks to go to the US f...or a wedding, came home and worked right up until I went into labour. Even after the birth of my son, I was back after 8 weeks!!!! I don’t know if this is a dedication to your craft kind of thing or just proof that I love my job, I love where I work and I love all of you guys so freaking much that I can’t stay away, and that it took a pandemic to stop me. I’ve officially wiped the dust off my scissors and I am THRILLED to be back in the salon tomorrow. I cannot wait to see each and everyone one of you See more
