25.01.2022 NEW PROJECT | CICG is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Donvale Christian College Community Hub. The development offers sports education and performing arts facilities to both primary and secondary students. The facility comprises of three main levels including lower basement archive storage, lower ground multipurpose hall with retractable seating that is integrated with a drama teaching space, intermediate mezzanine level and an upper level featuring a large sports hall, kiosk and amenities. We are thrilled to be collaborating with @fonticgroup and @brandarchitects176 on this exciting project

24.01.2022 PROJECT COMPLETION | Dinjerra Primary School Early in 2020 CICG successfully completed the redevelopment of Dinjerra Primary School in Braybrook. The project included demolition of the existing outdated school buildings and construction of an Arts & Activities building, Administration building and a Learning Centre. As a result of successful value management throughout the project, the school was also able to introduce some significant upgrades to the initial design, providin...g them with a much needed state-of-the-art learning precinct. It was great working with Clarke Hopkins Clarke and Catholic Education Melbourne on this very successful project. Fantastic work team!

17.01.2022 A big thank you to all the CICG staff and subcontractors who recently held BBQs across 6 sites to raise money and awareness for Beyond Blue. Over $4,300 was raised in an effort to help Beyond Blue reduce the stigma associated with anxiety, depression and suicide. Great effort team!

13.01.2022 NEW PROJECT | We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the new 100 bed residential aged care facility for Victorian Croatian Aged Care Services (VCACS) located in Bell Park. This is an exciting project that will add to CICGs growing aged care portfolio. Congratulations to all involved!

10.01.2022 AND AWAY WE GO! It was great to join Federal Member for Mallee Dr. Anne Webster, Mayor Simon Clemence, Deputy Mayor Jason Modica, Councillors Glenn Milne, Mark Eckle, Helen Healy and the project team for the turning of the first sod on the Mildura South Regional Sports Precinct. Site clearing works are expected to begin in the coming weeks.

06.01.2022 PROJECT COMPLETION | Iona College In January of this year CICG successfully completed stage 1 of the new Iona College, just in time to welcome 150 foundation (Year 7) students and 23 staff for the new school term. The $18m state-of-the-art development provides learning, collaborative and specialist spaces over 3-levels to cater specifically for the junior years. It was a pleasure working with Clarke Hopkins Clarke on another successful Catholic School. We hope the building is providing Iona College Geelong with an inspirational learning environment.

05.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE | Excellent progress being made at the Mildura South Regional Sports Precinct under that beautifully Sunraysia sky. Structural steel has been erected to the main stadium and the pavilion. The administration and function wing is ready for level 1. Construction of the new car park and AFL-grade oval is well underway.

04.01.2022 NEW PROJECT | CICG is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the new Mildura South Regional Sporting Precinct. This is one of the largest infrastructure projects ever to be undertaken in Mildura. The amazing new venue includes a new indoor sports and function centre, a sports pavilion and an AFL grade oval and will host major events including concerts, regional and national sporting events. CICG has a long history of delivery projects in the Sunraysia district and we are delighted to be back in our home from home. Great job team!
