15.01.2022 Bonnie is at DOGGIE B&B for a weekend stay. She is 16 years old and has diabetes, but is still full of fun. We do insulin injections twice a day and she is on a strict diet. Bonnie sleeps in my bedroom, where she cuddles up in her own cosy bed. She loves her toys

11.01.2022 It might have been a bit wet and chilly but all the dogs enjoyed their outings today. We even managed to avoid the worst of the rain. Started with a 4,5 km power walk at Maroondah Dam with the big girls group : Bess,Lyra,Regis & Stella. Then the Mid morning walk/play at Margaret Lewis Reserve with the active small/ medium dogs: Riley, Mabel & Lucy.... Finally a leisurely wander and play in the park at River St with the more genteel little ones: Maisy, Merlot & Alfie. Love my job

Held on disinfected/fenced concrete slab at Healesville Dog Club For baby puppies starting at between 8-14 weeks of age. Teaching all the basics for a great start to your life together. 4 x 45 minute class :$100 (Max. 6 puppies pr. class) TODDLER PUPPY SCHOOL THURSDAY & TUESDAY Held at Healesville Dog Club For those COVID puppies that missed out on Baby puppy school. Starting from between 15 weeks-5 months of age. (must be fully vaccinated) Teaching all the basics for a great start to your life together. 4 x 45 minute classes :$100 (Max 6 puppies pr. class) BEGINNERS PET DOG TRAINING TUESDAY & THURSDAY A class for dogs from 6 months -all age or a refresher for dogs that have been out of training for a while. We meet at dog club,the park or elsewhere in Healesville. We work on our basic obedience, pet dog manners , impulse control and confidence building. We may throw in some agility obstacles and tricks as well. Real life training in the park and on the streets. We try to keep it interesting for dog/handler and train towards a well mannered pet dog that would be welcomed anywhere. 5 x 1 hour classes:$100 (Max 6 dogs pr.class) Each dog/owner team must complete at least 1 one/one training session/assessment prior to joining this class - so I can get to know you and your dog , teach you some handling skills in a more relaxed setting, to ensure that you and your dog are feeling confident before adding the distraction of other dogs/people. ONE/ONE DOG TRAINING -at Healesville Dog Club Shed. A basic training/assessment session. We teach the basics sit/stay, come, focus and discuss / problem solve any issues you may be having with your dog. Fearful/timid or boisterous/over-excited dogs may find it difficult to learn in a group class. So we try to set them up for success by teaching the basic skills before bringing them into a class situation. Or you may choose to continue with the private training for more challenging dogs or for the convenience of flexible times. We can also asses and train reactive dogs. 45 minute session :$45 IN-HOME INTENSIVE DOG TRAINING SESSION A 2 hour consult in your home where we can address any issues you may be having with your dog/ puppy. $120 Please contact me for any further information or to book.
