22.01.2022 Thanks to all our lovely customers who are doing their best and signing in with our QR code or providing their details when requested. However we are having unprecedented numbers of customers who are skirting around supplying details or who are pretending to have completed the QR code. We will be taking a hard line with customers who argue with staff or refuse to immediately show the green pass screen to staff when requested. We have had dozens of these situations every day ...for the last week and it is slowing down customer service during a time when we have extra tasks to undertake due to Covid-19 . We are all exhausted from dealing with difficult customers over rules we didn’t choose to implement and have no control over. If we don’t comply we risk a fine and therefore won’t tolerate non compliance or enter into discussion over collection of details. See more

We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to complying with staff due to Covid restrictions. ALL customers must provide details to staff or show the green Covidpass when requested. Anyone who doesn’t comply on the first request for the information or who argues or abuses staff in any way will be immediately asked to leave.
