25.01.2022 Hi! To help you with you or home practice I have some near new (only used a handful of times) yoga bolsters $50, and yoga blankets $20, FOR SALE. I also have some second hand 4mm mats $15, used but good condition. These are a thinner style of mat than we use in class, ok for on carpet but not good on concrete or hardwood floors! Inbox if you are interested, I can arrange delivery locally.

25.01.2022 Online yoga went well :) If you would like to access this please get in touch. It is free for those who have paid their block for thus week and next week. Casuals (and after end of block) $20 per week - Direct deposit each Monday please. This will give you access to at least 3 classes a week, join in live 6-7.30 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, or then are avaliable forever so tune in when ever suits.

I find talking to myself/camera very challenging and am looking forward to resuming teaching in the usual way! ... 20.01.2022 ATTENTION Marrawah yoginis!!! Starts Monday 15th 6pm. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to fill in a survey, indemnity form and get settled in so we can start at 6pm.... Feel free to bring your own yoga mat but do not stress if you do not have one as I will have plenty on hand. We will be practicing in a COVID world - physically distanced, hand sanitizer available, and all shared equipment sanitized after use. Thank you for your cooperation. 03.01.2022 Hi Yogis! In a response to the ongoing developments of COVID19 there will be a few changes to our yoga classes. These measures are being put in place as a precaution to help us all feel comfortable to come together and practice our love of yoga. We will be practicing without props, if you would like to bring a cushion or blanket from home please do. No eye pillows will be provided, again feel free to bring your own. I will be adding a bit of extra oomph to our mat spray to he...lp keep them extra clean, and again feel free to bring your mat from home. There will be no hands on adjustments.
