16.01.2022 The NSW Department of Housing refuses to properly remediate government owned homes infested with mould. The irony is that the mould growth arises from water damage/leaks that are the result of faulty/poor maintenance. Spending a few extra dollars on proper repairs and maintenance can save thousands on microbial restoration and remediation works.

Increased awareness and recognition of the Restoration Industry would also help prevent the thousands of people who pay significant sums of money for work that doesn’t properly remove the problem or prevent reoccurrence.
