25.01.2022 We are temporarily closing the doors at frame to protect the wider community. In an effort to keep those of us working remotely healthy & connected we are supplementing with live, online training sessions. As always the classes at frame focus on maintaining healthy posture, which is more important than ever as many of us work on the sofa or at the kitchen table. Staying active and healthy while maintaining a sense of community is important. Just because we are isolating, do...esn't mean we need to FEEL isolated! Join our sessions from anywhere in the world, held 6 times per day. Starting on Wednesday morning AEST. The link in our bio has a step by step guide Like all small businesses we thank our community for their support in this time and sincerely hope were here to train you on the other side.

24.01.2022 The studio is closed, but training isnt stopping. Join our virtual training sessions held daily via video link. Get fit and stay connected to others while youre working at home. Book online via link in bio, no equipment required

23.01.2022 This is what a thoracic warm up looks like. If youre an office worker and dont do this before training, expect limited mobility (and limited results) in key exercises like squats.

20.01.2022 We think the best part of our virtual training has nothing to do with the training, but the connection you get with a bunch of friends; new & old. Join us tomorrow from 6am.

20.01.2022 Captain Django is making special appearances on our virtual training sessions this week. He says hes lonely, on a tight leash working from home

19.01.2022 Train at home tip This move requires very little space; you could do it in a hallway. It works the shoulder, obliques & glute. Perform 15 reps on each side, 3-4 times. To make it easier, take the bottom elbow and forearm to the floor.

19.01.2022 9am Saturday sessions are now available. Kick your weekend (of eating and boozing) off to a good start. Book via bio

18.01.2022 Quarantine got you feeling like @djangoblacklab ? Get social interaction and a workout with our virtual classes. We dont do pre-recorded sessions. Every class is LIVE with only ten attendees and a qualified personal trainer at the helm giving you real time feedback, just like in the gym. Were only $10 a session or $35 for unlimited classes each week.

18.01.2022 Feeling sluggish? Grab your quarantine buddy and try this move. Guaranteed to get the firing and the pumping. Youll feel energised immediately, we promise.

17.01.2022 Are you spending a lot of time sitting down? Its easy for your glutes to stop working effectively which means everyday movements like picking up groceries or walking up a hill become harder. Get the glute max (the lower part of your bum) to work harder by doing step ups from a starting position where your knee is higher than your hip. Its the key to a perkier

16.01.2022 If youre feeling sluggish today jump on the floor and try this move. It activates the hips, glutes and obliques sending a burst of energy through your whole body. Its also a great exercise to do at the start of your workout to get your muscles and nervous system firing properly so you get the most out of your training.

09.01.2022 Do you have a sore back or neck? Hunching over a laptop/phone or working in a poor ergonomic set up at home can take its toll on your body. This exercise improves thoracic strength and mobility. In basic terms it makes the upper traps and rhomboids stronger, pulling your shoulders back and supporting your neck & head better. Regularly doing this exercise increases your range of motion so that you can twist and bend better. Overall = less soreness, less aches, less headaches.

09.01.2022 @broadsheet_melb and @timeoutsydney have included us in their round up of best at home workouts. Join a virtual class this week and see why. Link in bio for timetable and booking.

07.01.2022 How you feel after a virtual session with us.

07.01.2022 Before you train today, do this. Its a simple move that opens up the thoracic, which is key to getting a full range of motion in exercises such as squats. Its a good one to do throughout the day if you get a sore back sitting at your desk, too.

07.01.2022 Reasons you want a strong back: It improves posture making you taller and leaner It helps the spine sit in alignment which reduces neck, hip & shoulder pain It compliments the rest of your posterior chain training (glutes, hamstrings) and improves the way they function Youll have more energy and sleep better. Postural imbalances are a huge energy zap for your body.

07.01.2022 We do a lot of body weight work in our virtual classes and its harder than it looks. We guarantee sweat and (the good kind of) sore muscles the next day

06.01.2022 A reminder to all the desk dwellers: try this move throughout the day to open up your thoracic spine and release tension in your back, shoulders and neck.

04.01.2022 Grab some mates and join our live training sessions at 6:45am, 12pm, 12:4pm or 6pm. $10 per head.

03.01.2022 Need some motivation? Join our 12:45pm AEST session today to get your body moving and to see some faces other than the ones you live with. Its an equipment session: BYO dumbbells, laundry detergent, pumpkins. Anything you can lift will do Book via link in bio

03.01.2022 Train at home tip Grab any weighted object in your house and try this move. Make sure you bend at the knees to activate the glutes and squeeze your at the top. Perform 20, 3-4 times.

03.01.2022 The standing hydrant. This is all about activating the lower part of your bum (glute max) on the standing leg. Activation exercises like this built a stronger mind-muscle connection & assist glute development. Focusing on the lower glute is essential to lifting the and getting more definition between the butt and hamstrings. These exercises should NOT substitute your training like you see all over Insta, but should instead be completed daily in order to get results when you do your full lower body training.

03.01.2022 6AM + 6:45AM Tomorrow Book in for virtual training, get your sweat on and see faces other the ones you live with

02.01.2022 Time to stretch After 8 hours of sitting at your desk, do this stretch to open up the front of your hips - the muscle is shortened when sitting which is why it feels tight. This stretch offers immediate and lasting relief. It also opens up your thoracic, alleviating back and neck pain.

01.01.2022 Why do we love free weights? The best exercises are the ones that improve your performance outside of the gym. Free weights allow your body to move throughout all three planes of motion, so that you move throughout space like you would in normal life: lifting furniture for example. Because your body has to work to support the weight and control the movement, your larger muscles, stabilizer muscles, and core all work together to control your movements. Essentially you get mor...e results in less time. And since free weights load each side of your body separately, they reduce strength differences between your two biceps, triceps, hamstrings or glutes, allowing us to address muscle imbalances and make you truly strong.

01.01.2022 Where do you sit all day? The couch? A desk? The kitchen table? Our lifestyle is sedentary, now more than ever. Sitting compromises our body in many ways, one being the shortening of the psoas muscle that runs from your lumbar to your femur. The symptom youll feel is tightness along the front of your hips. This stretch releases and lengthens the muscle while doing the same for your thoracic. Its a great move to do every few hours and a MUST DO before training.
