With some strong advocacy and an interesting strategy at VCAT, we got them a Permit.

15.01.2022 FOOTSCRAY APARTMENTS - After a long tortuous process with a confused illogical Council, we negotiated a successful outcome and a Planning Permit ...without any need for VCAT...a project now quickly constructed and completed.

07.01.2022 NIDDRIE Townhouses - inside the Activity Centre boundary, these 3 storey townhouses by Diva Homes lift the street. Refused by Moonee Valley City Council (as always) and issued by VCAT, the completed development again proves a negative Council wrong.
