23.01.2022 Replaced all the MDF skirtings and architraves with solid pine ones after a recent laundry tap fitting leak in this house. Also reinstalled the concrete path after it was dug up for electrical work

21.01.2022 Replaced the old rusted out box gutters and rotten chipboard with new box gutters with marine ply supports. Then finished with 6mm fibre cement soffit sheet.
