14.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT An update on my good friend and client Greg. He began with me in August 2019 and his weight started at 89.6kg 82.9kg 76kg in June 2020and a total of 10cm lost from around is waist! Greg still worked hard over the COVID-19 restriction period and now were getting him super strong its been almost a 12 month journey with him for his weight loss and I couldnt be more proud. 08.01.2022 Having some sweet cravings? Check out these alternatives to high sugar and high calorie foods. Soda water is good if youre trying to give up soft drinks with a bit of lemon or lime juice gives it some extra flavour Diet Jelly is a great dessert alternative to other high calorie options like ice cream - also great mixed with some Greek yoghurt and berries! Dark chocolate has less sugar and calories compared to milk chocolate- but this doesnt mean you can eat a whole block! Be mindful of your portions BCAAS / EAAS can be consumed during the day to assist muscle recovery, are low calorie and you can get some great flavours

05.01.2022 Sharing my meal prep with you all this week. Due to high demand here is the recipe for my turkey meatballs! Ingredients 500g turkey mince 1/4 cup breadcrumbs... 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 1 egg whisked 1 tbls of onion powder 1 tbls of garlic powder 1 tbls of mixed herbs 1/2 bottle of passata (approx. 350g) Pinch of salt and pepper to taste Method 1. Preheat oven to 190 Degrees Celsius 2. Combine turkey mince, breadcrumbs, onion and garlic powder, mixed herbs and whisked egg together in a large bowl mixing using hands or a large spoon. Add in mozzarella cheese and mix. 3. Take small amount of mixture and roll into a small ball - I was able to make 16 meatballs about 3-4cm in diameter. 4. Place on baking paper on a baking tray and ensure they are spread evenly (I lightly sprayed the baking paper with some cooking oil - as little as possible but covered the tray. 5. Cook in oven for approx. 15-20min. (While these are cooking I prepared my sides - Tossed the capsicum and zucchini in a pan with some oil until soft and split my rice into 4 containers with the vegetables). 6. Once meatballs cooked and cooled, split into 4 containers (4 meatballs each) and pour over approx. 90g of passata in each container. Season with salt and pepper to taste. ENJOY See more

03.01.2022 Today marks 3 years since my business began operating and had my first Personal Training client. Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way to grow as a personal trainer and business owner. Thank you to all my past and current clients for putting your trust in me to help you with your fitness and health goals, I wouldnt be doing what I love with out having people to help. Its been the best decision going out on my own and working for myself and for @jetts_castleh...ill and being responsible for my own future.
