25.01.2022 AUSTRALIA IN THE WORLD JIGSAW PUZZLE CHAMPIONSHIOP 2019. In September, a good friend of mine joined me in Spain for our very first Jigsaw Puzzle Competition. As... it turned out, it just so happened to be the Inaugural World Jigsaw Puzzle Championships with world rankings.We were team Australia. So, yes, I now have an unplanned world ranking that I am becoming prouder of with time. Jenny and I joined together with two ladies from Italy to compete in the 8hr teams event which we came 20th (I'm not saying that the Italian girls were totally responsible for that great result). Jenny and I paired up for the doubles on the second day and then competed in the individual division for our very first time. It was much more exciting than we expected and left us wanting to return for the next championships. I now have a ranking of 79th in the world and I invite all Aussie puzzlers to partake in all the jigsaw competitions available and to try and beat my ranking. This event went over two days and was in the beautiful city of Valladolid, Spain. Go Geocaching, Bridgetown is home to a number of caches hidden throughout the township Head over to The Rabbit Hole and purchase a Kids Spy Mission pack and explore the Bridgetown Art Trail Head over to Bridgetown Pottery-Restaurant and vote for the art piece that will be next years puzzle! #livelighter #lotterywest
